For this feature to work it must be turned on by PreciousIT it allows companies to allocated individual or all users to have all calls recorded, securely and encrypted. 

Voice Call Recording User 30 Days Storage

All calls are recorded and stored for 30 days before they are automatically deleted from storage. Before they are, they deleted you can download these and store them in your own datastore. 

Voice Call Recording User 180 Days Storage + Per GB Fee

All calls are recorded and stored for 180 days before they are automatically deleted from storage. Before they are, they deleted you can download these and store them in your own datastore. There is an additional charge if the storage goes over 1GB and is charged per additional GB. 

Voice Call Recording User 7 Years Storage + Per GB Fee

All calls are recorded and stored for 7 years before they are automatically deleted from storage. Before they are, they deleted you can download these and store them in your own datastore. There is an additional charge if the storage goes over 1GB and is charged per additional GB.
